Neurodivergent Network

Netværk for neurodivergente

Getting a good working life with ADHD and/or autism

Up to 20% of all Danes are neurodivergent. Neurodivergence means that the brain functions differently, and this can provide both special skills and challenges in working life. For some, this may mean that sensory input is experienced more intensely than for others. Therefore, a person with neurodivergence can be at higher risk of being affected by stress or stress symptoms during their working life.

Therefore, we now offer a facilitated network for neurodivergent people (ADHD and/or autism). Here you will be guided by two experts who can help you crack the code for a good working life with neurodivergence.

In the network, you will become part of a community where you:

- Gain greater knowledge about ADHD/autism in relation to working life
- Gain insight into your own competencies and challenges
- Be presented with helpful strategies and concrete tools that can alleviate dissatisfaction and prevent stress in your working life
- Gain a unique community with other neurodivergent people

The goal of the course is for you to gain a greater understanding of what your ADHD and/or autism means for you in your working life. You will benefit from the unique skills that it gives you - and prevent it from leading to dissatisfaction and stress.

The experience from at previous network participant:
Overall, the network has been an incredibly positive experience. It has given me a greater understanding of myself and autism in general. I have felt seen and heard in a safe space where it was possible to share experiences without fear of being misunderstood. I can highly recommend the network to others who want increased self-insight and useful tools for working with their autism.
